Im Extremfall kann sich der Schamane in diesem Zustand mit jedem anderen Wesen, seien es Menschen, Tiere, Pflanzen oder Gottheiten verbinden und wird f"ur die Zeit der Reise zu diesem Wesen.

Entschliesst sich der Schamane die Reise zu beenden, verlangsamt er den Rhythmus der Trommel wieder kontinuierlich auf 60 - 70 Schl"age pro Petite und kehrt langsam wieder in seinem K"orper zur"uck. Reisen dieser Art sind recht anstrengend und auch keineswegs ungef"ahrlich.
